A restaurant professional is required to work alongside the Manager of 2 restaurants / Scottish Tapas and Seafood & Grill /offering award winning dining experience at a 4* Family resort.
You will be:
Supporting the Restaurant manager in leading, developing and managing the team;
Looking for ways of improving the service standards within the restaurant and assisting with maximising revenue;
You will be the right candidate if you are:
A professional who has experience from a similar role within a 4/5* hotel or a high quality restaurant;
The company offers:
Salary - £22,000 - £27,000 per annum
