For a prestigious Fine dining restaurant with a 2AA Rosette rating at one of the world's best Golf & Country Club based in Surrey, less than an hour from Central London, we are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join a small, busy team with many development opportunities.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of the food industry;
1 year in college
NVQ Level 2 or a degree within the hotel/hospitality trade
Experience as Commis Chef from a good quality/fine dining restaurant - 2-3 years
Working conditions:
48 hours per week
Shifts - 9-18:30; 12-21:30 or split shifts 9-15:00/18:00 - 21:30
Subsidized accommodation
Meals on duty
Salary £18,200 with 3 months probation period
