On behalf of a client – a hotel chain, we are looking for 2 Demi and 2 Chefs de Partie for a hotel in Marlow.
Candidates for both positions will be working closely with the other team members to ensure the smooth running of the foodservice operations. They will be creating high quality food that exceeds guest expectations. They will also have to maintain a high degree of personal and kitchen hygiene and food safety, and comply with Health and safety policy and Fire procedure.
Requirements for both positions:
Experience in A la Carte cooking
Experience in banquet preparation desirable
Knowledge of current food trends
Team player
Pay:
Demi Chef de Partie - £17,000 - £17,500
Chef de Partie - £18,000-£18,500
