A 5* Country House Hotel in Winchester area is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the day to day operations of the Restaurant and the Room Service. The responsibilities also include recruiting, training and motivating staff in this friendly family company.

You will be the ideal candidate if you are:
Highly organised
A team leader and an effective staff supervisor
With a strong wine and cheese knowledge
Excellent communicator
Able to deliver memorable guest experience

Salary and benefits on offer are:
Competitive salary - £20,000 - £21,000 per annum
Additional Service charge - £3,000 - £4,000 per annum
